Yes. Rupert Murdoch. Common man. I’ve heard he does all his own shopping, at Wal-Mart. And makes himself Easy Mac for dinner, and worries about how to send his kids to college. He’s a real populist, that guy.

Look, if these people want to get filthy rich, that’s their business. But when they start mewling about journalism “losing touch with the people,” about media figures being “elite,” well, they’d better not be spending their spare time partying at the Four Fucking Seasons.
