Since I loathed this evil little critter who had no respect for the rule of law even more than his boss (who at least people voted for, unlike Ashcroft, who lost to a corpse), I’m happy about this news.
I won’t tempt worse by saying Guiliani can’t be any more of an ass. I’m sure if he put his shoulder into it, he could be a much bigger gasbag. But as far as I know, he does not sing.
