From Holden:

A new poll just released shows that 75% of Texans (including more than 60% of republicans) favor legalization of medical marijuana for the seriously ill. Montana passed it’s own medical marijuana law on November 2.

Of course the popular preference for legalizing medical marijuana flies in the face of efforts by former AG Asscroft to stamp out state efforts to allow medicinal use of the drug.

So tell me again, just who is out of the mainstream?
