Via Talk Radio News Service, Bill Richardson says that the Democratic Governor’s Association knows how to win and is ready to take over the reigns of power in the Democratic Party (audio, 36 sec.).

I’m not much of a political strategist, but he has a point about Dem governor’s winning in red states. And the party could certainly use more input from the state level.
