Today on Holden’s Obsession with the Gaggle

From Holden:

In a very quick gaggle today for the traveling press pool Little Scottie had this to say about the Chimpster’s visit to West Virginia.

He’s going to talk about the Social Security trust fund and how there really is not a trust fund.

“There really is not a trust fund.”, eh? Somebody better tell the Social Security Administration, they are under the impression that there are two such funds.

The Social Security Trust Funds are the Old-Age and Survivors Insurance (OASI) Trust Fund and the Disability Insurance (DI) Trust Fund. The OASI Trust Fund began in 1937; the DI Trust Fund in 1957. These trust funds are managed by the Department of the Treasury.
