Here are the prepared statements (PDF) for General Wesley Clark’s and Richard Perle’s testimony before the House Armed Services Committee this morning. Still no video or transcript of the hearing itself that I can find.

I’ve only skimmed them, hopefully another enterprising blogger can give them a thorough reading and provide us with the juicy bits (if you do and e-mail me I’ll link to your analysis later).
