The Hague? A good start, but I think that besides the above mentioned gang, add in the crew of war profiteers and other Cabal members, we could have each one strung up in the city center all over the country and they could serve as pin the tails on the @ssholes to vent our spleen on. Trust me, they would NEVER do harm again! (nor would they sit down again…)
