There are some who — I don’t know if they say this explicitly, but they certainly allege or hint that probably the best way to deal with 11 million to 12 million people is to get them to leave the country.

That’s the kind of statement that sometimes happens in the political process aimed to inflame passion, but it’s completely unrealistic.
On Both Political Parties
And therefore, the fundamental question for those who disagree — and there’s some good folks who disagree on both political parties, I might add — is, what’s the solution?

Does Not Know The Meaning Of The Word “Denigrate”
I will do my best to make sure that this debate does not denigrate into name-calling and finger-pointing.
Good thing he explained about all that demigration that will come into be as long as great successive sounds come from that illiciting along the boarder.
Once, just once before he leaves office, I would like to hear Bush refer specifically to the people who “say” these various things he tries to refute. Just once. Even if it’s completely wrong — as it almost certainly would be — I would like him to pin it down just a little.
Is that too much to ask?

I hate to say it may not be Bush that’s wrong, but it may be the transcribers who are wrong and that the word he used was ‘elicit’, which is pronounced the same way as ‘illicit’.

Well, of course. But until they correct the Official White House transcript, which quotes him as saying “illicit”, we can only assume Chimpy said it as written.
