Legendary Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre will retire, according his brother Scott. The Sun Herald learned this morning that Favre has told Packers coach Mike McCarthy that he’s hanging them up.
added…ESPN is all over this now discussing his legacy. And just wanted to add a thanks to Ron Wolf who saw something in a wild partying kid sitting on the Atlanta Falcons bench who threw just 5 passes in his year there (2 of which were interceptions that went for TD’s) and brought him to Green Bay.
