Today on Tommy T’s Obsession With The Freeperati – March Of The Mental Midgets

Morning, all – It’s been an interesting week at FR. Their usually speedy pledge drive is crawling along, and a weird sort of apathy has fallen over the joint.

An evangelical icon is getting about as much respect as their formerly-who-they’d-like-to-have-a-beer-with ex-decider.

Red State seems to be stealing all their thunder.

Caribou Barbie hasn’t winked at their collective libidoonce!

Let’s get suited up and investigate this strangely quiescent hive-mind, shall we?

First up –WhenSaxby Chambliss blows you off for being too whacko…‏

Recieved an answer from Saxby Chambliss on birth certificate issue.

Thank you for contacting me to share your concerns over President-elect Obama’s citizenship. I appreciate hearing from you.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” President-elect Obama demonstrated his citizenship during his campaign by circulating copies of his birth certificate, which showed he was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961.
On December 8, 2008, the Supreme Court declined to hear a case filed by a New Jersey attorney, Mr. Donofrio, regarding President-elect Obama’s citizenship. Unlike many of the lawsuits regarding President-elect Obama’s citizenship, which claim he was really born on foreign soil, Mr. Donofrio’s case concedes that President-elect Obama was born in Hawaii but contends he still held foreign citizenship at birth. Mr. Donofrio’s lawsuit argues that since President-elect Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of President-elect Obama’s birth, then Obama was a British citizen at birth and not eligible to be President of the United States.
Another attorney, Mr. Berg, has filed a lawsuit regarding President-elect Obama’s citizenship and is waiting to hear whether the Supreme Court will take up the case or not. A federal judge in Eastern Pennsylvania threw out Mr. Berg’s lawsuit in October, saying he lacked legal standing to bring the challenge since he could not show he faced individual harm even if he could prove his claims about President-elect Obama’s citizenship. The judge did not get to the merits of the case. Mr. Berg is appealing the standing issue to the Supreme Court.
If a person is born in the United States, a certificate of live birth issued where one is born is sufficient proof of U.S. citizenship. The certificate, confirmed by the Hawaii Department of Health as authentic, shows that President-elect Obama was born in Hawaii.

Levi Johnston quits oil field job (Libs cost him his job!)

Levi Johnston, the boyfriend of Gov. Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol, has quit his North Slope oil field job over questions about his eligibility to work in an electrical apprenticeship program, Johnston’s father said Monday.
Johnston, 18, began working this fall in the Milne Point oil field with ASRC Energy Services Inc., a major Slope contractor.
In a Sunday newspaper column, Anchorage radio talk show host Dan Fagan questioned how Johnston could take part in ASRC’s apprenticeship program without a high school diploma.
Fagan said he understood federal regulations require all members of apprenticeship programs to have a diploma. He also questioned whether the governor might have had a hand in getting Johnston into the program.
Palin adamantly denied that Monday.
Johnston’s father, Keith Johnston, said the governor had nothing to do with getting Levi the Slope job.Keith Johnston said his own position as an ASRC construction engineer accounts for any help his son received in landing work.

See? The Frontier Fembot not only denied it – sheadamantly denied it! (That’s the equivalent of a triple-dog-dare in denial circles)

So he could work there because of his qualifications. The irony and hypocracy are mind boggeling.

Yeah! Cause if your son doesn’t get a job he’s not qualified for, it will, like, totally destroy your family.

I mean, in comparison to minor issues like the mom getting busted for dealing Oxycontin, and harnessing the underwear unicorn for mama’s little angel from here to paternity, this pretty well would destroy your family. And it’s all those libs’ fault!

Hey rules are rules. Get your diploma and come back! That should have been the first thing his Dad told him IMO.

TeamSarah Busts Liberal Trolls’ Conspiracy to Frame & Defame Their Org. Invasion of Their Website

Liberal Conspiracy to Frame and Defame TeamSarah: Busted! Posted by William Collier Jr (Profile) Friday, January 2nd at 10:00PM EST
by Bill Collier (1/2/09)
Community Governance Adviser- Team Sarah
Administrator-The Freedom Congress USA http://www.freedomist.org
TeamSarah.org, an online community of over 63,000 who admire Sarah Palin and all she stands for, currently is experiencing an attempt at framing the whole community as guilty of unsavory racist behavior. This apparently is part of an overall attempt by the the worst elements of the progressive faction, conduct for which all liberals should be ashamed to be associated, even indirectly. This was started, for example at DemocracyUnderground (which brags that it intends to turn the word conservative “radioactive”) — well before that unfair and arguably defamatory piece was published in The Huffington Post, an extremist liberal website that evidently does not police its own content for accuracy. It is shocking that the HuffPo dropped any pretense of journalistic standards — like, for instance, simply calling TeamSarah and its proprietor, the Susan B. Anthony List, for a balanced picture, before running a recent attack on TeamSarah.
Thanks go out to Kelley S who serves TeamSarah brilliantly as a guardian, going out on patrol, looking for invaders who are attempting to frame and defame the community.
Thanks to Kelly, we now have screen shots, ID’s, and IP’s of a number of individuals who have planned an effort, and attempted to implement it, to act as agent provocateurs and discredit Team Sarah by planting racist and other unsavory material as if they were members.
…of the GOP…
Today, January 2, people have seen weird posts from individuals who seemed overwhelmingly racist, bigoted, and in general unsavory sorts posing as Palin, and traditionalist values, supporters.
As you well know, the Huffington Post alleged that Team Sarah was racist, bigoted, and hateful. Not so! TeamSarah strives to live up to the high standards of decency and humanity exemplified by Gov. Palin. And we do a good job of it. We moderate posts, guide members, and work intently to keep the standards of the site high. The most unsavory leftist elements are doing something weirdly similar, in cyberspace, to the arson committed against Gov. Palin’s church in Wasilla, Alaska. And trying to set us up to take the blame for their vile actions.
We now have the evidence of what we suspected all along: the liberal extremists have been creating “sock puppets,” fake people whose sole mission is to come to TeamSarah, post horrible things, and then make copies of these posts to “prove” that we are bigots and cretins. It is the equivalent of framing the innocent, it is pure dirty tricks. And it is vile. We call upon all principled Liberals to condemns these actions. This is not the first time this has happened. We have also documented “dirty tricks” from DemocracyUnderground.com
We will not REACT and let these attacks cause us to mistrust one another or become distracted.
Also, no one here knows how to do a tracert or WHOIS lookup.
Which is also a conspiracy.
TeamSarah is standing by our very high community standards. We can only call upon sites like SomethingAwful.com, Huffingpost.com, YAforObama.com, and DemocracyUnderground.com to behave with similar decency.
As ALWAYS if someone violates TeamSarah’s community standards, we ask our members to report them and not get drawn into their unethical game. And then we investigage promptly, taking down any racist or other unseemly postings.
The website they organized this attack from is called “somethingawful.com.”
Never heard of it.
TeamSarah has compiled over 15 pages of evidence on file from this conspiracy.
It would be more than 15 pages, but the Vista clipboard is full. Our crack IT specialists are working on this issue, and we will soon again be able to impotently catalogue the hundreds of thousands of people who are having a good yuck at our expense.
And trying to destroy our families.
Thank you to the extremist liberals who have provided fresh evidence as to what really is going on: that they send in “clones” (false identities) to say and do things that we do not tolerate, and, in the short time it takes us to find and eliminate these posts take a screen shot of them, and then post about it in poorly managed liberal websites,
Like this one. They’ll letanybody post here!
ones that have abandoned all journalistic standards, from which it gets echoes throughout the liberal blogosphere as if true. Poorly managed sites such as, apparently, the $100 million Huffington Post which seems not to care about even the most basic standards of fairness in reporting. I guess that kind of money can be blinding, but: “What does it profit a man to gain the world and lose his (or her) soul”?
What does it profit you to get a Red State gig and lose your tiny little mind?

Red Cross blasts Israel
The NYT ^| 1/08/09 | Alan crowell
Posted onThursday, January 08, 2009 1:02:01 PM byChurtleDawg
PARIS — The International Committee of the Red Cross said Thursday it had discovered “shocking” scenes — including small children next to their mothers’ corpses — when its representatives gained access for the first time to parts of Gaza battered by Israeli shelling. It accused Israel of failing to meet obligations to care for the wounded in areas of combat.
In response, the Israeli military did not comment directly on the allegation. In a statement, it accused Hamas, its foe in Gaza, of deliberately using “Palestinian civilians as human shields” and said the Israeli Army “works in close cooperation with international aid organizations during the fighting so that civilians can be provided with assistance.”
The Israeli military “in no way intentionally targets civilians and has demonstrated its willingness to abort operations to save civilian lives and to risk injury in order to assist innocent civilians,” the statement said, promising that “any serious allegation” would “need to be investigated properly, once such a complaint is received formally, within the constraints of the current military operation.”
In an unusually blunt criticism, the Geneva-based International Committee of the Red Cross said it had been seeking access to shell-damaged areas in Zeitoun in the east of Gaza City since Saturday but the Israeli authorities granted permission only on Wednesday — the first day that Israel allowed a three-hour lull in the attacks on Gaza on humanitarian grounds.

This would be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic…

WASHINGTON (AP) – Barack Obama is officially the next president of the United States, Congress declared Thursday in fulfilling its centuries-old constitutional duty to certify and tally the electoral college vote from each state. Republicans joined Democrats in a standing ovation as Vice President Dick Cheney, in his role as speaker of the Senate, announced from the podium that Obama had achieved a majority of votes and would be the 44th president on Jan. 20.
