Is it pitchfork-and-torch time yet?
Not just Kentucky, the storm has a band across the US.
Here in Missouri, the southern part of the state got hit *HARD* – something like 3 inches of ice plus any other precipitation. Of course, trees and powerlines snapped. Many, many folks still out of power after a week.
Only bright spot is that is supposed to really warm up this weekend. But that doesn’t fix the infrastructure which is still estimated to take some time.
