I was wondering, did the sound effects of the van the other night confuse your ferrets?
One of my cats was totally mystified as to the source of the sounds.

Maple, they don’t really notice. I know Scout’s said in the past that Willie would hear his own mews as she was editing kitty vid and get confused, but I’ve had them all over my lap while the computer was making various noises and all they really want to know is if something up here is edible.
They’re not very bright sometimes.

What is it like to have a ferret as a pet? Are they sorta cat-like?
I’m thinking my dogs would eat it.

I have a friend who has a two-year-old. It seems to be much the same experience, except that I can put mine in a cage when I go to work without DCFS throwing a fit.
