This post could be sub-titled stupid parliament tricks. Opposition members of Ukraine’s parliament took umbrage at a proposal for a continuedRussian naval port at the Black Sea. Pro-Government MPs sought refuge from the umbrage under umbrellas:

Are the Umbrellas standard issue or did they just happen to have them that day because it was raining outside?
