Thanks for the link. As someone who used to work in an environmental regulatory state agency, I appreciate the summary.
For some reason my comment got lost in the ethernet yesterday, but Clay’s conclusion about the intrastate gas line exploding in California — because it was an old, substandard pipe — speaks volumes. There’s your ‘limited government’ right there.
MichaelF – and see that a bill which provides for an improved infrastructure of the pipelines has been put on hold by Rand Paul. The conservatives here are falling all over themselves that companies shouldn’t be regulated.
