I seriously thought that was an oil painting and that I had stumbled onto Tom Levenson’s blog by mistake. Seroiusly gorgeous photo, and it really should be painted exactly like that. Looks very old master-ish.
At the very least make it into a gift card to raise money for your ferret shelter.
