Blogger Ethics Panel

“We found it on The YouTube” turns out to be not perhaps the world’s best attribution.

I’ve said for a long time that bloggers have been, by and large, better about this stuff than the “professional” journalists who spend all their time bemoaning how ethically challenged we are. That’s in part because links are our stock in trade, and credit is often the only reward a blogger gets for reporting. When it’s all you earn, you care about every penny.
