  1. I don’t why Santorum wants us all to be dictated to by a religion which doesn’t ever want to get out of the year 1452…

  2. It’s great to learn everything we can about medicine and biology and everything so long as we do not apply that knowledge to procreation because it is Gods will that we die of or do without anything a Catholic hospital does not want to treat.
They don’t even try to make sense any more.

  3. I don’t necessarily have a problem with this, it’s at least consistent. Hey, there are plenty of religions where you don’t have to abide by these crackpot patriarchal rules. Go be an Anglican, then: tastes just as good and less filling!
My issue is the whole hypocrisy here. If infertility is God’s will, then why does the Catholic church not have a problem with Viagra and Cialis and the rest? Isn’t that God’s will, too? As always, it’s the patriarchy. I just could never be a catholic.

  4. Infertile couples should be executed by firing squad. Well, at least the women should be. After all they serve no other purpose.

  5. “Listen, celibate dudes wearing funny hats distributing marital advice is no basis for a system of religion.”
    – George Fox, Founder of the Society of Friends

Umm, no, they still serve a purpose – someone has to fill out the church cleaning rota while the breeding women are all producing the next generation of abuse victims

  7. Then again, I was born and raised Catholic. what a buncha hooey. Nuff said.
However, the platform itself delights me.

  8. Are we supposed to vote for Obama? Is that the whole thing?
Yes, I guess I already knew that.
Not gonna happen. I no longer vote. Boo!
