As someone who has lived on the coast, when are we gonna wake up? IT IS NO SECRET THAT HURRICAINES TO TROPICAL STORMS TO EVEN SMALLER STORMS CAN DROP RAIN. Neither this nor Katrina are the storm of the century in strength. With Katrina, it was “Captain Hindsight” that said the protection system is broken. But Isaac gives a snapshot of how we’ve handled it since then.
