Posting that picture of theGypster and the gas hose got me thinking about some of my favorite cinematic gangster moments. Since I compared Gyp to Cody Jarrett fromWhite Heat, I thought I’d post *my* favorite image from that Jimmy Cagney-Raoul Walsh classic. It’s the scene where Cody locks a guy in his trunk, starts nibbling on a chicken leg and then shoots the guy through the trunk whilst eating:
“Leave the gun. Take the canolli.”
