Album Cover Art Wednesday: Legalize It

I spent way too much time on Twitter last night mocking Maureen Dowd's vapid and silly weed column. I guess MoDo wanted to be the George Plimpton of pot, but this piece was no Paper Lion.I would, however, like to thank her for giving me an idea for this feature today.

The late Peter Tosh was one of the original Wailers before leaving and becoming one of the most interesting artists of the 1980's. As a proper Rastafarian, he was an advocate of legalizing da herb. Legalize It is not my favorite Tosh solo album but it certainly has a trippy cover, man:
