Since we’re kinda, sorta talking about Beethoven, and ELO was featured on Wednesday, I’ll give them the last word:
ELO’s Roll Over Beethoven is in my top ten of covers, and probably in my top ten records of all time. Such a great, great rendition that’s true to the spirit of the original while taking it to an entirely different level.
The first time I heard it was blown away and had to check ELO out. Pure pop genius.
