Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz was greeted with a standing ovation at a Milwaukee County GOP event Saturday and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who was standing in for front-runner Donald Trump, was met with steely silence three days ahead of the state’s crucial primary vote.
The Milwaukee County Republican Party Fish Fry proved fertile campaign ground for Cruz, who has become the vehicle for many establishment figures in their quest to deny Trump the party’s nomination. Cruz used the event to make his first appearance with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, whose endorsement he earned earlier this week.

It turns me off, maybe irrationally, but I can’t stand to listen to them when they get wound up and tune them out.Both could use a voice coach. There is no sound reason why they couldn’t overcome that. Maybe that’s Donald’s way of saying America won’t necessarily be going to war with Japan vs North Korea, right away, or full throttle. You are right, though, it was a capricious, dangerously vague remark to make. I still suspect Donald has tired of the campaign and wants to get off the (not so) Merry go round, but doesn’t know how to do it w/o looking like a quitter. He seems to manufacture a steady amount of stumbling blocks for himself. I hope I’m wrong.

Take that up with MacArthur. If he were still around today and saw what Shinzo Abe was up to when it came to not only trying to scrap Article 9 but also trying to reinstitute State Shinto, you wouldn’t be able to get him off the cable news channels with his sounding of the alarm. And if half of the people out there did a little research, they would realize that other countries do in fact, pay us quite well to continue to help guard their countries. I know it is more popular to believe that we ship people over to Japan and Korea and Germany for free. I don’t know the full context of this statement, however, I hope he is aware of and has taken into consideration that we still have a large military contingent on the border between North and South Korea.
I’m not entirely sure The Darnold even knows where it is.
I would hate to think that North Korea would get the wrong impression regarding our resolve.
