Flynn has other problems re not registering as a foreign agent, alleged assistance to help Turkey get back US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen who Erdogen blames for the attempted coup, and failing to report income from foreign sources. Flynn could also be in violation of various laws governing his conduct as a former intelligence officer.

Otherwise, OK?

Collusion with the Russians on a campaign is not a crime. IMO Trump has nothing to fear from the Flynn deal with Mueller.

Not necessarily. Flynn seems to have violated Pennsylvania state laws re: kidnapping. Mueller has been cooperating with Pennsylvania prosecutors. Trump can only pardon for federal offenses.
