You are entitled to your opinion, but only one Dr. John song? How about an honorable mention for Jerry Reed and Amos Moses?
My focus was on songwriters. Not Mac’s strong suit.
A little surprised not to see “Battle of New Orleans” somewhere. The version I know was sung by Johnny Horton and got a lot of AM radio airplay in the 50’s and 60’s.
Don’t like the song.
