Trump Warns Comey and Says He May Cancel Press Briefings
New York Times ^ | May 12, 2017 | PETER BAKER

Posted on 5/12/2017, 8:33:36 AM by reaganaut1

WASHINGTON — President Trump on Friday warned James B. Comey, the former F.B.I. director he fired this week, against leaking anything negative about the president and warned the news media that he may cancel all future White House briefings.

In a series of early-morning Twitter posts, Mr. Trump even seemed to suggest that there may be secret tapes of his conversations with Mr. Comey that could be used to counter the former F.B.I. director if necessary. It was not immediately clear whether he meant that literally or simply hoped to intimidate Mr. Comey into silence.

“James Comey better hope that there are no ‘tapes’ of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter.

Mr. Trump appeared agitated

In other breaking news, water appears wet!

over news reports on Friday that focused on contradictory accounts of his decision to fire Mr. Comey at the same time the F.B.I. is investigating ties between Mr. Trump’s associates and Russia.

So, then you’re theory is Trump should not attempt to bypass the enemedia

Not to mention, the enemedia

I’ve been waiting to see what method he would use to punish these ‘inconveinant disrupters’. The Reno-Flame Out method wasn’t used (yet), so best to create a new GITMO on American soil, and fill it with, you guessed it, Americans. This is only the beginning. You can riot and burn down a city and the federal government does nothing.

Eventually patriots will figure this out. Instead of going after the feds who trample on the patriots, the patriots will turn on the libs who support them. Vandalism and wanton violence against those libs who support this corrupt regime. A bumper sticker supporting Obama? The car gets torched. Etc. Times a million.

So – your plan for bloody revolution is basically to put a flaming bag of poop on a liberal’s porch, ring the doorbell and run?

Not that I would advocate it, but I can see it coming. Patriots will have no recourse but to use tactics that the left uses.

Now it’s time for more patriots to organize and confront these murderers and not let them off like we did with Ruby Ridge and Waco. We have to make them murder a lot more of us if they ever want to impose their tyranny. The Oath Keepers group had differences with these guys but made it clear they wouldn’t be silent and allow another Ruby Ridge or Waco incident without acting. If the group wants to remain a credible patriot group it’s leadership has to step up now.

Militamen In Burns, Ore. Break Into Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Building
Oregon Public Broadcasting ^ | 1/2/2016 | Kimberley Freda and John Sepulvado

Posted on 1/2/2016, 8:57:32 PM by Nextrush

Embattled Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy told OPB that approximately 150 militiamen have occupied Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Building on Saturday evening.

The militiamen are in Burns, Oregon to support Dwight Hammond and his son, Steven Hammond. They’re ranchers convicted of arson, who are due to report to prison on Monday.

The militiamen broke in to the federal building with supplies, including food and a generator. Cliven Bundy spoke to his son, Ammon Bundy, on the phone after they occupied the building.

“He told me that they were there for the long run. I guess they figured they’re going to be there for whatever it takes–and I don’t know what that means,” Bundy said…….

1 posted on 1/2/2016, 8:57:32 PM by Nextrush
I’m sure you know the backstory on this by now:
.
The Hammonds set fires on federal land to destroy any evidence of illegal game hunting they were doing on it, claiming that they started the fire on their own property and whoops-ee, it just happened to spread to federal land, sorry about that.
Hammonds go to jail for it.
Hammond relative lets slip that they actually started the fire ON Federal land.
Hammonds are summoned back to jail for additional perjury/terrorism  time.
Bundy Bunch vacate their media-abandoned Bundy stronghold, round up 150 other nutcases, and head out to “help”.
Hammonds tell said nutcases that they don’t need that kind of “help”, fuck you very much, now piss off.
Bundy bunch bravely attack unoccupied Federal building and vow to hold it against M1A1 Abrams tanks and A-10 Warthogs.
.
The Freeperati are of two minds about this. This dichotomy has been building for some time at Freeperville – “law and order” versus “Take to the streets and shoot the gubmint fascists (not me personally, of course)”
.
So – here we go!

As I wrote in another thread, the federal government needs to use whatever force necessary to protect public property, arrest these militia, jail them, convict them, and send them to prison. These thugs are no better than the people rioting in Baltimore, occupying Wall Street, etc. They are definitely not someone any red-blooded American conservative should be supporting.

BUNKERVILLE, Nev. — Cliven Bundy stood by the Virgin River up the road from the armed checkpoint at the driveway of his ranch, signing autographs and posing for pictures. For 55 minutes, Mr. Bundy held forth to a clutch of supporters about his views on the troubled state of America — the overreaching federal government, the harassment of Western ranchers, the societal upheaval caused by abortion, even musing about whether slavery was so bad.

** snip **

“I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro,” he said. Mr. Bundy recalled driving past a public-housing project in North Las Vegas, “and in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids — and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch — they didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for their kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for their young girls to do.

“And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do?” he asked. “They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”

Bundy is now being slammed by the left for being a racist.

When a man sticks a “kick me” sign on his own behind…

If he had a better grasp of the fact that black family life has disintegrated in direct correlation to the “War on Poverty”, he has a defensible position. Throwing out that “picking cotton” allusion is just stupid.

Bundy is now being slammed by the left for being a racist.

Actually, if these statements are accurate he will be slammed by 90% of America for pretty blatant racist remarks. Paul, Heller, etc, pretty much everyone is going to walk about from someone who talks like this.

I mean, come on now. You can’t stand around talking about how the negro should have learned to pick cotton. I mean, even the most hard headed amongst us should understand that you can’t ally yourself politically with a person who makes such remarks.

Conservatives really, really, need to pick their battles better. How so many of us get suckered into supporting cranks, completely unelectable candidates, scam artists like Herman Cain who run for office to fund a book tour, etc, etc, I will never understand.

Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freeperati – The Bundy Bunch edition

Well, so much for my “no post this week” plans.

They do this to me EVERY TIME!!

OK – let’s get on with it. I was watching Freeperville Thursday morning, waiting for the shit that had already hit the fan everywhere else in the word to finally bob to the surface in Jim (I earned my goverment hoverround) Rob’s sandbox.

When it did, it was almost with a sigh, and a deceptively complimentary headline:

A Defiant Rancher Savors the Audience That Rallied to His Side

BUNKERVILLE, Nev. — Cliven Bundy stood by the Virgin River up the road from the armed checkpoint at the driveway of his ranch, signing autographs and posing for pictures. For 55 minutes, Mr. Bundy held forth to a clutch of supporters about his views on the troubled state of America — the overreaching federal government, the harassment of Western ranchers, the societal upheaval caused by abortion, even musing about whether slavery was so bad.
