Dumb Question: what percentage of the US population doesn’t understand that we’ve got to deal with gas prices? So that would put Chimpy in what percentage on the bell curve?

When was the last time Mr. Bush himself filled a tank of gas on a vehicle and paid for it himself?
I am so old I remember when his father, at a photo op, clued into what a quart of milk actually cost and was so spellbound over a supermarket scanner.
