The Washington Post manages to write an entire article about the Justice Department investigating Joe L. Allbritton’s personal use of a Gulfstream jet and other company assets during and after his time as chief executive of Riggs Bank (a bank that hid assets for dictator Augusto Pinochet) without mentioning that Georgie’s uncle Johnathan J. Bush was until recently an executive with Riggs. Nor do they devote a drop of ink to the fact that Allbritton is an old family friend of the Bush’s and a major donor/fundraiser for junior.
