I don’t know if I’m more frustrated or infuriated, but I’m definitely both.
It’s like something Bill Hicks once said, on a different topic. Paraphrasing, he brought up the well known urban legend about the person who takes LSD, thinks they can fly, and jumps out of a high-rise window…as Hicks put it, “you’d think they’d want to start from the ground and get a little practice first.”
You’d think Team Bush would want to try out their new-found fondness for nation building in a place where they’d stand a chance of success…like right here in the United States…
