Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freepi – pre-crack van edition

All right – everyone get suited up – this week’s sample of stupid is so corrosive that you’re going to need the neodymium tongs to handle it.

Let’s start with the predictable reponse to the news that Toby Keith is going to be voting for Obama.

In a word,

How original. They weren’t telling him that when he was singing “Courtesy of the Red, White, & Blue” now, were they?

Toby, switch to rap music.

Of course you did, buttmunch. I can hear the shells whistling through the space between your ears from here. And bonus points for the “I don’t understand this goldanged negro music” reference.

I will send this to him and see what he says. I’m expecting a real response. He loves America I know. The fact that the source is NH is ridiculous.Sen. Barack Obama is getting praise from Nashville, courtesy of one big, patriotic country star.
That’s the one that got me started. Sorry for anything personal. :^)

Good luck with that response, Mr. Digress.

This looks like a drive by media article… I don’t believe a word of it unless I hear it from TK himself.I’ve heard him interviewed in the last month or so and he said pretty much what the article does. He reasoning was vague, pretty much that he’s a democrat, therefore…
If you only want to be entertained by conservatives, you may as well just go buy yourself a harmonica.

Iraq demands ‘clear timeline’ for US withdrawal

BAGHDAD (AP) – Iraq’s foreign minister insisted Sunday that any security deal with the United States must contain a “very clear timeline” for the departure of U.S. troops. A suicide bomber struck north of Baghdad, killing at least five people including an American soldier.
Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari told reporters that American and Iraqi negotiators were “very close” to reaching a long-term security agreement that will set the rules for U.S. troops in Iraq after the U.N. mandate expires at the end of the year.
Zebari said the Iraqis were insisting that the agreement include a “very clear timeline” for the withdrawal of U.S.-led forces, but he refused to talk about specific dates.

Well, let’s turn our attention to the scientifically proven fact that Dems are chatty, effeminatealcoholics – from the“Pinko Ladies” department :

D.C. bartenders favor Democrats as patrons By Michael O’Brien Posted: 08/22/08 10:22 AM [ET]
Partying Republicans in Washington will have to step it up after a recent survey of D.C.-area bartenders praised Democrats as being better tippers and talkers than their GOP counterparts.
The survey of 100 D.C.-area bartenders, conducted by Clarus Research Group for Beam Global Spirits & Wine, cast Democrats as more favorable bar patrons, as bartenders said they were better tippers, have better pick-up lines and were better at giving toasts.
Conversely, the bartenders said Republicans were more likely to order their drinks “straight-up” than Democrats, who were described as being more likely to order up “pink (girly) drinks” at the bar. Republicans, however, were slightly less likely to party later into the night, according to the survey.

Keep in mind that John Kerry got90% of the vote in DC in 2004. It’s likely that most bartenders just don’t like Republicans.

Businessmen are the best tippers. Any bartender will tell you that. Teachers are the worst. Conservatives never forget to tip the bartender.

Is Diane Feinstein a superdelegate or just a delegate?
She just broke her ankle and isn’t going to the convention now. She was a strong Hillary Clinton supporter.
I’m not trying to get all “conspiracy” or anything, but keep your eye on Ed Rendell of PA. He just announced he’s going to vote for Hillary.
Remember what Obama did in Chicago so he could run unopposed? Does Alice Palmer ring a bell?
I don’t trust Obama at all. He’s a dirty, dirty guy with creep, criminal friends. I wouldn’t be surpised at all if he’s working behind the scenes to threaten the Hillary-supporting delegates and superdelegates to not vote for her during the convention so it will truly be just a symbolic vote, like the Obama gang wants it to be.

I have to say that the tone of Freepers is vastly different than DU, KOS, etc. Even though this woman stands against all we hold dear and true, only prayers and sympathies for her family are offered.

Of course it does, “Pissant”, sweetie. Hillary’s crack death squads roam the country ignoring vile Repubs everywhere just so they can bring down Dems.
Well, scrub up, chillens – last week, someone tracked a crumb or two ofRepublicanus Horribilus into the outside world, and an entire troop of Girl Scouts had to be retrained NOT to push old ladies out into traffic.
This is a drain on our discretionary Soros funding, so let’s be more dilligent (eyeing Pansypoo) and keep the bad stuff in the iso chamber.
And some quickie Brillo Baby blogging, for those who asked about the poo-hound.
She’s a rescue, too – my wife Barbara picked her up after asking me if our suddenly dogless house could be her new home. I should have known something was up when she told me as I was driving home (not having seen the dog yet) :
“Baby…? she’s not the prettiest dog,,,,,”
I reply:“Ok – how uglyisshe?”
I took one look and dubbed her “Brillo”.
Here’s two pics – pre, and post shearing:

See everyone tonight in the crack van – this should be a good one!
