Lurve. I only wish somebody’d put up the scene of her drinking a dozen guys under the table, because man, when I saw that, I said, “That’s what I want to be when I grow up.”

  2. Yeah, looking back on it, I half wonder if Marion Ravenwood was my first big screen crush. She was wicked awesome for so many reasons my young mind back then couldn’t understand.

  5. OMG! OMG! OMG! How did I miss this huge piece of news!?!?!?!?! Finally, finally, FINALLY, Marion’s back!
    I actually loved Kate Capshaw in the second movie, but it took me years to be able to admit it. When I first saw it, I was just SO disappointed that it wasn’t Karen Allen. It was like waiting for a hot fudge sundae and getting soft-serve with cold chocolate syrup. Still nice, but it could have been so much better!
    And dayam, I so want to look that good when I’m 56. Or now.

  6. I just wanted to say that Karen Allen is one hell of an actress in this particular film and she hasn’t change that much since she did the first Indiana Jones movie . However though, everything that she does was absolutely fantastic and amazing also she’s very funny as well no doubt. There are some parts from this movie that I’ve enjoyed the most and it’s when Indy, Mutt, Oxley and Marion Ravenwood were running from these Russians and they were stuck inside the quick sand and she told Indy that Mutt is actually his son named Henry Jones Jr. and actually didn’t believed it’s true since they went onto the truck and continue to argued when Mutt is right there in the middle of it all. Also when she got a chance to ride shot gun driving the truck while he’s getting the big gun and then fired straight towards the other trucks in which was fantastic as well as transferring to another car which looks like a boat going full throttle into the cliff and then into the water rapids while smiling and then dropped three times, I think this part was my absolutely favorite part of all and Karen’s character was still holding the wheel of course. If Karen Allen is going to do another film within the future or so, it would be like playing another young woman who has learning disability and just graduated from her own high school in 1991 and wanted to studied how to become a successful Hip-Hop Graffiti/ Disney Animator at the Art University in San Francisco but she couldn’t afford paying it cause it was to expensive indeed. Something like this would have Karen Allen to play me of course .
