Good morning, gentle people!
Well, Jude, Michael, Adrastos, Scout, Southern Beale, et.al. did yeoman’s work Sunday scrubbing the scorch-marks and Freeper cranial matter off the walls and ceiling – I thank you all.
OK – after the shock wears off a little, the Freeperati start the finger-pointing and wrong-conclusion-jumping we’ve been seeing everywhere, but only in Freeperville will you see them unleash their inner Joker.
I give you –Our only hope now is real economic collapse!

Nobody can predict what trojan horse can do, except G-d!
I really hope people stop obsessively trying to discredit polls.
They aren’t gospel, but in the last two elections they have been fairly
accurate, and if anything, slightly republican leaning.Go back and
check the RCP final poll average for the 2010 Senate races – 20 of 23
correctly senate seats picked correctly. Of the the 3 that were
incorrect, 2 dems won instead of the predicted republican, and the last
was Murkowski beating Miller in Alaska. And obviously, polls were better
than GOP cheerleaders this time as well.
The dumbest thing I hear around here is “no one polled me.”
To: Mr. Jeeves; StarFan; Dutchy; alisasny; BobFromNJ; BUNNY2003; Cacique; Clemenza; Coleus; cyborg; …The GOP got killed among Asian-Americans, who logically should be strong GOP supporters. The GOP is not even asking itself why.Can
somebody tell me why Asian-Americans vote for democRATS? You’re right,
Mr. Jeeves… logically they should be strong GOP supporters.
WHY do they vote for ‘RATs? I don’t understand this…
(or, if that is too complicated for you – Mike Stivic, or Archie Bunker?)
We didn’t understand why Obama won in 2008. We thought maybe
people wanted to give him a chance, he would be historic first black,
post partisan and all that hopey stuff. Then they’d get over it.
Maybe he won because they really wanted a leftist.
Our only hope now is real economic collapse (on a catastrophic
scale) that will be so devastating that it will bring about
a huge revolt against the Democrats.
Or it might even bring a military coup.
Blacks won’t turn out. Only 80% will vote Obama.
PA was in play.
Ryan will bring a state or two. Not even WI was picked up.
Gender gap is gone.
Dick Morris. Clueless.
Poll watching will help.
Spot on wardaddy. And we only 60% of the white vote. The answer
is not to kowtow to the Latino population and open borders and let the
country go socialist, but to more or less unify the white vote… well,
increase our white vote.
Myths: Ramussen is right, D+6 is delusional, sea of Romney lawn
signs, big R&R campaign rallies, Dick Morris, Michael Barone, [your
favorite state] is going Romney, incumbents can’t win with >7%
unemployment, the Bradley Effect, PA is winnable for the GOP, women like
white men, all those “left-leaning” polls are in the tank for Obama,
“fraud” won the election, John Roberts and Chris Christie are on our
Reality: We are anachronistic outliers in a country we don’t
understand and that is going to leave us behind. This type of thing
happens every century in many countries since the dawn of time. The US
is never going back to what it used to be. Obama will guarantee it.
There is nowhere to run.
Obama is black, that is the shift, any white guy with the same
record would have been booted from office. He is a brother by another
mother, and despite horrible job numbers and a looming financial
disaaster for blacks and hispanics they will always back a brother.

(If only those who speak so eloquently on behalf of animals would do so on behalf of the unborn.)
People underestimated the Democrats.
Vote fraud and intimidation in the swing states happened. Some
heavy rain in the northeast was successfully turned into the worst
disaster ever, and of course Obama was able to sweep in to play the
hero. It didn’t help that we ran a homo-lover who flip flops on every
issue and is a member of some pseudo-Christian weirdo cult.
To: PerdoggBy in large, Bush and Reagan were flukes of history. The nation has
been drifting towards DEM majorities for years, yet people just didn’t
grasp it.The conservative media also lives in a bubble, and suffers
from group think. This idea that giveme states would turn back against
Obama and vote for Mitt were joke predictions. Just like the stupid
line, that everybody I know voted for blah.
Rove, Forbes, Barone, and Wayne Allyn Root need to get out said bubble.
Quite simple, the GOP needs to drop the social zealots and stop
ignoring the minirities. The GOP can not win the whithouse by only
relying on white males.
75% of the Latino vote went to Obama. 93+% of the black vote went for
Obama. I’m not sure about the female vote, but that went for Obama as
Until those numbers change, the Democrats own the whitehouse from now
until the end of time. Start by kicking the bedroom police arm of the
GOP to the curb.
To: Cringing Negativism NetworkI disagree strongly with what you said. Had we run Palin rather
than whatshisname, with the same running mate – we would have won. I do
not like the fact we were led around for a while before she changed her
mind, but Palin is head and shoulders above anyone else on our team.
Period.Palin can win the red states. But then again, any RINO can win the red states. How does she win the swing states?
I have no idea what happened. I thought Romney was going to win
this right up until the 11pm poll closings. Instead four more years of
Obama. I am in tears!

This Is The Last Time
Posted on Wednesday, November 07, 2012 1:39:37 AM byveritas2002
This is the last time I will be voting in a national election. I am
in my 60’s and have concluded that, if this is the kind of governing
Americans want, they should have it…and all its consequences.
grapes you say? Perhaps. But after four years of the most abysmally
failed government with consistently high unemployment, 16 trillion
dollars in national debt, downgrading of our bonds and monetary system
with printing of dollars by the Fed, attacks against freedom of
religion, a loss of American leadership in the world, class warfare,
homosexuality embedded in our fabric, our nuclear family deconstructed
by government policies, gun running to Mexico and lies about it before
Congressional hearings, refusal to protect Americans serving in our
embassies across the globe, an energy policy that has tripled the price
of gasoline at the pump, a Justice Dept that treats people not according
to an equal application of the law but according to politics, a
politicized press that is derelict in adequately informing the people
about its government, attacks against free markets and capitalism, and
on and on and on…
If given all this, the American electorate is
either too blind to see or thinks that this exemplifies good
government, then have at it. Just count me out.
But, some day
perhaps people will wake up. My guess is that it will be too late and
things most cherished – civic values long held dear – will be gone
In the meantime, this retiree will collect his pension
and social security and together with savings watch those younger and
smaller in number figure out how they will pay for all the ‘government
hand-outs’ and supportive services the ‘baby boomer’ generation that is
about to retire will require. All the time doing so without the tax
revenue on the income they earned while working. They will have to
figure out how they, a very much smaller cohort of taxpayers will make
up the difference.
They will need to come up with some better
ideas than one Barack Obama and his list of accomplishments from 2008 to
present. Good luck but you won’t be seeing me at the polls ever again.
It’s been a ride. Adios, Americanos.
I decided tonight that I, too, will no longer partake in
elections. It doesn’t seem to matter at all when they get stolen out
from under us.
We can thank the media in part for their hand in bringing down this once great nation.
As for me – I’m through voting – period.
I am thinking about it.
I am thinking about chucking politics altogether.
To: veritas2002I am done as well.In 4 years we will be a 3rd world nation.
I’m with you. I’m done with it all. If the republican party can’t
convince the blacks that the democrats only want to keep them dependent
on government, and they can’t attract the hispanic vote, then what use
is it to keep supporting them? They are going no where! With the record
that Obama had, we should have been able to win big time.
Exactly my feelings! Not voting!
I can’t blame you. I feel the same way. I am powerless to wake
the Sheeple and feel helpless to reverse the national decline. I am
overwhelmed with a “why bother, what’s the point” feeling.
PREPARING FOR POST OBAMA ELECTION
Posted on Thursday, November 08, 2012 12:42:21 PM byparatrooper82Today, I instructed my wife to prepare for post Obama election by doing the following:
1. Close out our bank accounts, checking accounts, savings account.
And do what exacty with the money? Eat it?
2. Eliminate and exist from all medical service programs, insurance, and destroy all medical records and ID numbers.
That would be a neat trick, erasing all that data from several thousand datbases.
3. Destroy and toss all cell phones.
Because of the microwaves and the brain cancer. Prolly too late on that one, IMHO.
4. Take out and smash all black boxes in our vehicles. Will put on the road my 69 mustaang.
That makes sense, especially the first part. Does your wife know that this will keep the vehicles from starting?
5. Cut up all credit cards and call to stop all transactions.
I had to tell my ex-wife to do that, too. It’s one of the reasons she’s my ex-wife.
6. Call and stop propane gas shipments, will now burn firewood. Already have more than 500 cord stacked as a backup.
(His fellow Freepers take the piss out of this “500 cords” business later in the thread)
7. Buy only the bare necessaities and pay all bills with a money order.
I thought you erased all records of yourself back in steps 1 and 2?
8. Plan all travel areas, use back roads to avoid TSA agents.
Won’t work. They have burrowing submarines that can pace your Mustang.
9. Do not use landline telephone only in an emergency.
Like that call from Doomsday Preppers telling you that: Sorry, you’re too crazy – even for them,
10. Call and turn off Direct TV.
What? And miss this season of Homeland?
11. End all computer web services.
Starting right n
Build a gate at the end of our driveway and keep it locked. Inform all
friends and relatives to call first prior to a visit so the gate can be
Carrier pidgeons? You destroyed your cell phones and can’t pay your landline bill because they no longer have any record of you and terminated your service.
13. Get involved more heavily with local Tea Party to establish a third party, no more money to the GOP under any circumstance!
Hard to do that with no internet access or phones, innit?
The list may be updated to include other more secret actions that the government need not know about here!
Don’t you think that this list is a tad overdone?
It is really stupid to announce all this. I say chesty thumping.
To: paratrooper82The list may be updated to include other more secret actions that the government need not know about here!Good
idea – don’t post any more “Secret” ideas that the Gov’t need not know
about on a public website – especially if you’ve already ended all
computer web services.
I am curious as to what your wife said when you told her to do all of those things.
I assume we can put you in the “disappointed with election results” column?
To: jjm2111It won’t be much of a joke when the IRS shows up and demands you
turn over your checking and savings account numbers so they can steal
your money for Obamacare! Read the bill, this is exactly what the Bill
demands from Americans.won’t be a joke when you are charged for “carbon credits” so you can heat your home!
Won’t be a joke when the UN shows up and demands your firearms under the small arms treaty Obama says he will now sign!
No one is laughing!
Oh my. I thought that this was a tongue in cheek post. You’re serious about all this?
“Call and stop propane gas shipments, will now burn firewood. Already have more than 500 cord stacked as a backup.”
I would continue using the propane and save the firewood. It sounds
that you are retired. I would consider many of your ideas but I have a
business, am still making money, and need to work.
What about moving to Ecuador?
Was she supposed to have all that done by the end of the day?

You forgot the hugh landmines, series vehicle barriers, and

To: pingman; paratrooper82Well damn! He put up the 500 cords of wood!I noticed that. 64,000 cubic feet of firewood. That would heat my
house for 100 years and that is 5800 heating degree days per year.
Then again you have to look at the market value of that much wood.
If confiscated, it would pay a families obamacare bill for 20 years.
I think it was a typo. I hope it was.
To: DCBryan1You forgot to engage your brain before opening your mouth as well!Think of this as a big joke and laugh at your own peril! Go back to
living off the government and I will stay to myself with my land mines,
armored vehicles and automatic rifles and we will see who survives this
To: PA EngineerI certainly learned something here today on FR. I never realized how
ignorant, self immolating, character assins, and out right petty many
so called “conservative Christians” there are posting to FR.Instead
of understanding a post is simply a post, I am reduced by your pettiness
to being a “liar” because I stated I have “500 cord of firewood” but
because I didn’t immediately be specific and state it was “500 face

Personally, I did give a damn what you

2010 Flashback: Next for GOP leaders: Stopping Sarah Palin
Top Republicans in Washington and in the national GOP establishment
say the 2010 campaign highlighted an urgent task that they will begin in
earnest as soon as the elections are over: Stop Sarah Palin.
Interviews with advisers to the main 2012 presidential contenders and
with other veteran Republican operatives make clear they see themselves
on a common, if uncoordinated, mission of halting the momentum and
credibility Palin gained with conservative activists by plunging so
aggressively into this year’s midterm campaigns.
There is rising
expectation among GOP elites that Palin will probably run for president
in 2012 and could win the Republican nomination, a prospect many of them
regard as a disaster in waiting.
(snip)“There is a
determined, focused establishment effort … to find a candidate we can
coalesce around who can beat Sarah Palin,” said one prominent and
longtime Washington Republican. “We believe she could get the
nomination, but Barack Obama would crush her.”
To: Timber Rattler
Sarah Palin would not have won.
And you know this how? At least she would have fought Obama with every last breath, unlike candidate milquetoast.
To: Timber Rattler
The GOP-e really thought that a billionaire with Wall St. ties
would be a great candidate during a depression. This election was a walk
in the park for the Communists.
Conservatives could see it coming, but by and large, held their noses
and voted Republican anyway. This can’t be blamed on us. It can be
blamed on people like Carl Rove and Charles Krauthammer, who disdain
Sarah Palin as a country bumpkin. She helped McCain pull about six
million more votes than Romney got. So much for their vaunted
To: Timber Rattler
And you know she would have won, how? She didn’t fight Obama this election with every breath.
She is making a fitness video and her kid was dancin’ with the stars.

The TEA Party movement and Sarah Palin all got too enamored with themselves.
We got too complacent.

The TEA party isn’t a bus, a website or any of that. That is a group of people trying to capture it for $$$$.
To: Timber Rattler
If true, Sarah beat “GOP leaders” to the punch and stopped herself.
We had a weak field, which doesn’t give those who didn’t deign to enter the race a free ride on the outcome.
That is your ignorance speaking, you do not remember the too
close to the Palin niche that he filled, which would have forced her
into having to fight him for the nomination as Romney watched and
destroyed all conservative chances. Perry made it impossible for her to
join and to win the nomination, and he ruined her position as the only
person in America who could take the nomination from Romney. Perry
couldn’t replace her, but he could and did, block her from entering.
The establishment has been fighting her since August 2008.
But you got your Romney, so be happy.
Poor Sarah, the big mean boys tricked and thwarted her presidency.
Please. Run that one past Sarah and see what she says.
What is your excuse for her not getting in before Perry?
Run that one past her also.
To: presently no screen name
“Yes you did! By saying she wouldn’t have won! So shut your piehole you KNOW diddly squat! “
No, I won’t shut my “piehole”— if that is what it is, fine, ban me.
I don’t walk zombie step. Palin would NOT have won. Get over it or delude yourself.
Palin would NOT have won this election, if she thought she would—she
would have run. But send some money…it will make you feel better.
I bet you five dollars she would say the same.
Paul Ryan Left Red-Faced After Obama Sweeps His Home State Of Wisconsin…
Paul Ryan Left Red-Faced After Obama Sweeps His Home State Of Wisconsin…As Democrats Ride To Victory In Joe Biden’s Delaware
7 November 2012
Romney’s vice presidential pick Paul Ryan in the end failed to help his
running mate win the White House, and to add insult to injury, the
rising star of the Republican Party was left embarrassed after losing
his home state of Wisconsin.
However, the congressman’s night was
not a complete loss as he easily won re-election to the U.S. House seat
he has held since 1998 and received a ringing endorsement from his
running mate.In his concession speech early Wednesday morning,
Romney lavished praised on his would-be vice president for all he has
done for their campaign.
What did Ryan do for the campaign? He didn’t even bring his own
state! He bombed in his one debate and killed Mitt’s momentum from the
first prez debate.
Rubio would have delivered FL and maybe Portman Ohio. Fat Christie wouldn’t have hugged Obama if he was the Veep.
So Ryan turned out to be the worst possible choice. His economic
vision is not one shared by the majority of our freeloading voters
To: Catsrus‘’Romney is electable.’
Same fraud as 4 years before…
‘’McCain is electable.’
Then again, I have to admit, at the time, when the race, after rolling
through liberal state after liberal state, and open primary after open
primary, when it boiled down to a bunch of liberals, it did even cause
me to say that the field actually made McCain look appealing.
so we gathered around our RINO Trojan horse, berated any conservative
as being an ‘Obama voter’ who spoke out against the liberal candidate,
and said to vote for evil, err, the lessor of two evils, to ‘get Obama
out.’ And we tried to convince ourselves that Romney’s bizarre pick
which might calm a few fiscal hawks who’d probably end up voting for
Romney anyway was ‘a game changer’ that would put Wisconsin in as a
And then we watched a billion dollars go down the
drain. Admittedly, this is only 6 hours of debt from the Obama
administration, and only counts the money spent by the campaigns, not
the hundreds of millions spent by taxpayers to support Obama’s parties.
All to see a great contest of a liberal against a liberal. But it made
for some surreal moments.. ‘I’m against Romney because he hates gays.’
‘Romney’s going to destroy ObamaCare!’ Or the real whopper, ‘Romney’s
going to nominate conservative Supreme Court justices!’
enthusiasm from conservatives, not a little bit of Mormon factor, and
judicious use of class warfare doomed the campaign. Remember kids, only
Democrats are allowed to be rich, as they lavish tons of taxpayer money
on failed agendas, vs conservatives who pony up their own bucks only to
be told that they’re cold, heartless, and are the entire problem.
Mission accomplished, Governor Romney. Pocket your 2.4 million dollars
from campaign funds and then drain more from the suckers who are going
to pay to hear you tell them how America got it wrong.
I think the same people behind McCain’s campaign must have led
Mitt wrong. He didn’t hit back at Obama on so many levels, thinking a
positive campaign was going to do the trick. Be the nice guy, blah, blah,
blah. That worked so well for McCain as well.
I don’t know what happened in this election, but I have a feeling
that it wasn’t an honest one. Not that it matters now. Well, the idiots
voted and won – so, let them have the crow to eat when things go worse
for this country.
That is the only thing that gives me some consolation. I feel like
ice water has been thrown over me. This doesn’t feel right and we can
blame this one and that one – I just don’t know what to think. Its
To: af_vet_rrDon’t worry though, the GOP is drooling at the chance to run Jeb Bush for President in 2016.With a financial crash guaranteed before then, Jeb is now a mortal lock
to win the nomination and probably also the election in 2016, with
Rubio as his VP. That won’t fix the damage, but the Democrats have no
bench and their likely nominee will be someone like Evan Bayh, who isn’t
going to bring the leeches out in droves like Obama did.
