You say that, and I detect a nuance that you think this is a bad thing. With great power comes great responsibility, and Della is exercising a fearsome amount of restraint by only making humans in her vicinity do her bidding. Unless you think you would prefer a true cat-astrophe. (You wouldn’t.)
