The Formally Indicted Impeached Insult Comedian

I prefer the hallway picture above to the courtroom shot seen around the world. Why? Former President* Pennywise looks like a villain in a cheap film noir. Talk about typecasting.

I watched MSNBC today. The legal analysts were rock stars and the anchors were awful and out of touch with their viewers.

There was no perp walk. Trump pled not guilty to 34 felony counts. His lawyers held a brief presser. Joe Tacopina lied repeatedly in true Trumper fashion. From now on he will be  known as Joey Tacos. It’s a nickname I’m stealing from former Gambit Tabloid Editor, Kevin Allman. Thanks, buddy.

The indictment and statement of facts are online. I haven’t had time to digest them, so I’m holding off on analyzing the case until tomorrow. Today, it’s all style and no substance. How Trumpy of me.

I want to watch Alvin Bragg’s presser closely so I’m going away now.

The last word is dedicated to The Puppetmaster DBA Andrew Weissmann.

  1. I’m sure he has about a bazillion other, better things to do, but I’d love for Tommy T to do a Freeperati special in the wake of the indicted former guy’s indictment.
