People are starting to worry about Bobby Junior polling at 10-13% nationally. I am not. In addition to my customary disdain for early national polls, I know my presidential election history: third party candidates *always* peak too early. There’s nowhere to go but down for Bobby Junior and his new running mate, filthy rich tech plutocrat Nicole Shanahan.

Everyone else calls Bobby Junior RFK Jr. I refuse to do so. That sort of acronym typically denotes pols, usually presidents, who have accomplished something major: TR, FDR, JFK, and LBJ immediately spring to mind. What has Bobby Junior accomplished in comparison? He was born into the right family and many call his father, RFK. I don’t think the father ranks with the guys I just listed and the son certainly does not. So, Bobby Junior, it is.

I get a kick out of the Kennedy-Shanahan campaign slogan: The Future Starts Now. First, it makes no sense. Second, while Shanahan is young, Bobby Junior is 70. That’s the youth candidate? Hey, if the MSM can fixate on President Biden’s age, I can fixate on Bobby Junior’s age.

Say what? Suspension of a fakakta Instagram account is worse than the Dipshit Insurrection? You must be fucking kidding me.

I wrote Tuesday about my former First Amendment absolutism, but this is absolutely one of the stupidest things I’ve heard in quite some time. In 2024, that’s saying a lot. It speaks to a shallow narcissism and sense of entitlement. Who does that remind you of?

I have no idea who Bobby Junior will take the most votes from in the general election, while his name appeals to Democrats, his platform is MAGA Lite. Most Americans do not share the anti-vaxx obsession that led Bobby Junior to testify to the Louisiana lege in 2021 alongside The Clownfish DBA Jeff Landry:

Talk about bad company. That appearance led to Bobby Junior’s selection as malaka of the week.

I have a firm rule as a pundit and voter. I never support candidates who have worn the malakatude crown of thorns. In Bobby Junior’s case, he’s a two-time loser: he was first selected in 2017 for dipping his toe into the MAGA pond. He’s gone beyond that in 2024: he might as well wear a red cap and go golfing with the Kaiser of Chaos at Mar-a-Doorn.
