Pam Bondi spent a few hours on Capitol Hill on Tuesday morning, scolding, yelling, and smirking her way through repeated instances of the same thing she charged Jim Comey with. I really can’t stand the bad acting and deliberate stupidity that is required of President Grievance appointees.
Bondi clearly thinks she is above the law and so she can say or do whatever she wants as long as she emotes for the camera. But the problem with being so concerned with her audience of one meant that she didn’t have answers for questions she didn’t prep for beforehand.
I’m not kidding—her notes were a bunch of insults she crossed off as she delivered them:

She was completely unprepared to be asked that question. And it looks like she wasn’t going to perjure herself by saying “no”.
And a Republican senator asked a pointed question about Jeffrey Epstein and she really had no explanation for her lack of interest in the subject:
