It’s not like “news photos of politicians” that crop the photos at their eyebrows to avoid showing creeping baldness (at least, I assume that’s why).
Now, obsessive head-petting causing cat-baldness? Seems unlikely. In particular because cats are pretty good at telling mere hoomans “that’s ENOUGH”.
