From Holden:

Your Secretary of State-designate:

Condoleezza Rice, President Bush’s nominee for secretary of state, refused Tuesday to set any timetable for the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq.

Reality:

The Iraqi government that emerges from elections on Jan. 30 will almost certainly ask the United States to set a specific timetable for withdrawing its troops, according to new American intelligence estimates described by senior administration officials.

So that gives them, like, two weeks to come up with a plan. And we know how good they are at planning.
