How many deaths does it take to elevate the level of concern to “anxious”? Or, heaven forbid, ready to take action.

In a somber, pre-election review of a long and brutal war, President Bush conceded Wednesday that the United States is taking heavy casualties and said, “I know many Americans are not satisfied with the situation in Iraq.”
“I’m not satisfied either,” he said at a speech and question and answer session at the White House 13 days before midterm elections.
The dog gets to advise on the Iraq policy because he is significantly smarter than the vast majority of Democrats.
Dumbya never listens to Democrats anyway, so what does having Barney advise him on the Iraq policy say about the Republicans?
