CHimpy pulls down a38% approval rating in the latest CNN/Gallup poll, which included more of the same on Iraq.

  1. Well, it appears that approximately 43-38% of people polled probably still believe in the Tooth Fairy (Condi), Iraq (VietNam) and Dick Cheney (as himself.)

  2. Particularly in regard to Polls on Bush’s handling of Iraq, are the consistently high percentages of those who have “No Opinion.”
    How the hell can they NOT have an opinion, and if they HAVE no opinion, then WHY do they BOTHER to participate in the poll in the first place? We’re talking a typical 3-5% of darn near EVERY polling pool… I just don’t get it.

  3. I agree with you that it is bothersome that we’re in a headlong rush to hell and there are still folks out there who haven’t formed some sort of opinion.
    What bothers me even more are the number who have a firm opinion but no research or facts to base it on. Just guessing that a significant portion of those who approve of Bush are in on that boat.
