First, the — Iraq will be a society in which there is relative peace. I say “relative peace” because if it’s like zero car bombings, it never will happen that way.
Iraq under Saddam experienced “zero car bombings”, how is it the all-powerfull US military cannot establish the same degree of security that the Iraqi people enjoyed before we kicked over his popsicle stand?
