Good morning everyone! The insanity at FR pours out faster than I can catalog it, much less examine it, so there’s some older threads that need some attention. Let’s suit up and sample the backlog, shall we?
First of all, the official “We’re all doomed” thread for our late Christmas present:

Democrats’ Health Bill Passes Key Senate Vote Republicans pledge to fight on despite losing early Monday
WASHINGTON
– Senate Democrats’ health care overhaul passed a key test in a
party-line vote early Monday, in a dramatic defeat for Republicans that
put the legislation on track for Christmas-week passage.
In the
run-up to the vote, the escalation in rhetoric was remarkable on both
sides of an issue that has divided the two political parties for
months.
“This process is not legislation. This process is
corruption,” said Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., referring to the
last-minute flurry of dealmaking that enabled Majority Leader Harry
Reid, D-Nev., and the White House to lock in the 60 votes needed to
approve the legislation.
Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of
Rhode Island responded in near-Biblical terms. In a speech on the
Senate floor, he said Republicans are embarked on a “no-holds barred
mission of propaganda, obstruction and fear. … There will be a
reckoning. There will come a day of judgment about who was telling the
truth.”
First 60-vote test coming up Whatever else it was, the
legislation represented the culmination of a year’s work for Democrats,
pressed by President Barack Obama to remake the nation’s health care
system.

To: SteelfishThis is what I just sent to both Colorado congress traitors:
I have never been as angry or disgusted as I am right now with this
government. How dare you vote for this POS legislation that you call
health care reform. We all know this does nothing to improve heath care
or reduce cost to the taxpayer. What it is about is federal government
control, exactly what the Constitution of the United States was
designed to prevent. Read the tenth amendment! You took an oath to
defend the constitution and yet you voted in the dead of night to
subvert it, you are by action a traitor.10

Tripcode? Is that something like Double Secret Probation? And I love the double parentheses in the tag line. I guess that’s so non-Freepi won’t notice it.
Umh? Because it’sour U.S. Constitution, and some of us believe in obeying it?
Tommy, Tommy, Tommy… Don’t you understand that that’s why we needkangaroo courts military tribunals?
Why? So we can mock you more efficiently (and for profit)? So we can outsource the mocking to India?
And that pretty well sums up the spewing of the Freeperati.
