Drinking Diet Cokes obsessively…morning to night.
Drinking soda, eating carbs and grains.
recently i guess the closest is giving up fizzy water a few years ago for all natural lemona ade in the warm months, grapefruit ade in the cold. i LOVES my grapefruit.
now, biting my nails i gave up in the late 80’s, when i started ajob in a stained glass studio. nothing like needing to pick up little pieces of glass AND needing nails to protect my fingers when i had to grind the edges. but above all, make your fingers taste HORRIBLE.
I don’t know if I’d call it a habit but I’ve been on a diet for the past 3 weeks and have stopped drinking.
Obsessively reading blogs. Well, some of them anyway 🙂
Keeping the sofa and coffee table from becoming the ultimate miscellaneous folder. At least once a week I’m getting both more or less organized.
