Friday Catblogging: Hampered

Everybody knows that cats sleep in the darndest places. Here’s Della Street napping on top of a clothes hamper in the linen closet in our hall bathroom. The door is usually closed but one of Della’s many talents is door opening.

  1. my 1st female once decided to nap on the towels in the 190? duplexes middle hall cupboard + was locked in all night. happy as a clam.

  2. In the house where I grew up, all the closets had doors with louvered slats instead of a solid panel. One of our cats liked to sleep on the blankets in the linen closet. She would tuck herself in the back of the closet; you didn’t see her unless you were specifically looking for her. We figured it out when we heard the “BRRRP! BRRRP!” of her paw running down the louvered slats in the closet door, letting us know that she wanted OUT!
