Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freeperati – Benflopzi edition

Oh dear.

I got permission from Ms. A to do a special. You see, after over two years of Freeperati wishing, and hoping, and dreaming, and praying, Ben Gazerra has finally come to fruition…

House panel: No administration wrongdoing in Benghazi attack

The House Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, has concluded that there was no deliberate wrongdoing by the Obama administration in the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, said Rep. Mike Thompson of St. Helena, the second-ranking Democrat on the committee.

The panel voted Thursday to declassify the report, the result of two years of investigation by the committee. U.S. intelligence agencies will have to approve making the report public.

Thompson said the report “confirms that no one was deliberately misled, no military assets were withheld and no stand-down order (to U.S. forces) was given.” …

No one here can legitimately claim that we need to vote Republican so that we can get control of the Senate and the House, and that 80% agreement is better than 100%, blah blah blah. They simply are not capable of running anything.

So you're voting for Democrats this year?

To: Gaffer

You are right. Republicans are spectators, not players, and are content with their good seats in the grandstands from which they can watch the real action. They make lots of noise but have no intention of participating in the game.

Actually, the committee is dominated by Republicans. Facts are stupid things.

The House Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, has concluded that…”Thompson said the report “confirms that no one was deliberately misled, no military assets were withheld and no stand-down order (to U.S. forces) was given.” …”

All complete and total lies, and we all know it.

We know the administration lied about the cause of the attack.
We know military assets were withheld.
We know military assets were told not to go in.

Every person on that committee is a Republican, yet, they lied.

You know, that's what I said.

Mike Rogers, Chairman, Michigan, Republican
Mac Thornberry, Texas, Republican
Jeff Miller, Florida, Republican
Mike Conaway, Texas, Republican
Peter King, New York, Republican
Frank LoBiondo, New Jersey, Republican
Devin Nunes, California, Republican
Lynn Westmoreland, Georgia, Republican
Michele Bachmann, Minnesota, Republican
Thomas J Rooney, Florida, Republican
Joe Heck, Nevada, Republican
Mike Pompeo, Kansas, Republican

So, basically, everyone is lying except for you.  There's a description of that syndrome in the DSM-IV, but I don't think you'll like it.

Someone want to tell me why I should ever vote for another Republican? ANY Republican?

So what ARE you going to do on Election Day this year??

I'm glad we got THAT cleared up.

More sweet, sweet tears after the crack in the world…

So – surely you guys have something constructive to say about this? Some action plan, perchance?

This makes me sick. They carried on for years that they had something, I watched the hearings, I heard retired officers implying that help was available but with held. Hillary’s show. They wound up the troops. Now on Saturday morning without any warning, the Republican lead House Intelligence Committee says nothing is there.
This is no way to lead the troops. There is going to be a lot of pissed off Conservatives.
That’s all for now, going for a walk

We are now in the cartridge box faze of rebellion. Need I say more.

That doesn't faze me in the slightest.
What could the reason be for this nefarious lying from all of the Republicans on the committee?
What is their endgame??

To: All

What the rinos just did was take Benghazi off the table for Hillary.

You know, I never thought of that. Those clever bastards!

I will never vote for another republican. I’d just as soon let the democrats have it all and the republican party go extinct. The sooner they destroy the country, the sooner it MIGHT be possible to rebuild.

In a word, this country is screwed—and has been for quite a while, now.

I have no ideas for how to fix it………….

Sadly, this country is toast. It cannot be fixed.

The only way for a majority of us to regain what we once had is for the whole house of cards to collapse…and several new countries rise out of it.

I am totally convinced that dividing the country is our only hope. Let libtards live the way they want to live….and let us live the way we want to. Start over with 3 (or more) countries….one in the NE, one in the West…and one or more in the central.

Actually, I have an even better idea.

We can take all the oil rigs that no longer produce, and put your worthless asses out on them.
You can then proceed to try to sell each other worthless crap to survive, and finally just end up eating each other, in a wonderful validation of the "free market" philosophy you all hold so dear.
.
We can call it – "Dumbfuckistan".

  1. I’m a little surprised they even noticed the report, which was dumped on a Friday afternoon just before yet another month-long congressional recess (but they’re not really out of session, so don’t make any recess appointments if you know what’s good for you, Mr. President).
My confidence is high, however, that one or more of them will hit on the notion that this committee report is just the latest way of distracting the public from the real Benghazi! story.

  2. No, not the oil rigs. Too nearby. Not big enough for all the Dumbfucks that need to go live in Dumbfuckistan.
Better yet: clear out Gitmo and let THAT be Dumbfuckistan. Why, you could even leave the torture facilities; I’m sure that the Teabaggers could put them to use rooting out the 5th column RINOs in their midst.
Then, after a year or so, call up Cuba: “Hola, Fidel? You know that US perpetual lease on Gitmo? Well, the USA isn’t using it any more. It’s being run by some bunch of scruffy asylum escaped squatters or something. Just thought you should know. Kthnxbai!”
Hilarity ensues, with “Bay of Pigs II, Carne Asada”
