Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freeperati – Roamin’ Scandals edition
Good morning, everyone!
I see there’s quite a few drums of concentrated stupid lined up in the staging area with “Ben Gazzara” stamped all over them. Let’s suit up and investigate, shall we?
The first one just says –But…but…but…BENGHAZZZZZIIIII!
Posted on Friday, May 17, 2013 1:35:37 PM by SeekAndFind
Slim majorities of Americans are very or somewhat closely following
the situations involving the Internal Revenue Service (54%) and the
congressional hearings on the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi,
Libya, and its aftermath (53%) — comparatively low based on historical
measures of other news stories over the last two decades.
These
results are based on a May 14-15 Gallup poll. Despite extensive news
coverage of these stories in recent days, the level of attention being
paid to each is below the average 60% of Americans who have closely
followed more than 200 news stories Gallup has measured over the past
several decades. Additionally, Americans appear to be paying almost
exactly the same levels of attention to both stories, despite the
relative newness of the IRS story during the time in which this survey
was in the field.
Republicans More Tuned In
Republicans
are much more likely to say they are following these news stories
closely than are independents or in particular Democrats. There is a
21-percentage-point gap between Republicans and Democrats in terms of
following the Benghazi story closely, and a 27-point gap on the IRS
story.

You know, if you don’t provide something at least as interesting as “Swamp People”, folks are apt to change the channel. Just sayin’.

The question is not how much attention the sheeple are giving to
IRS, Benghazi, imo, but how much attention the corrupt, Obama-protecting
media is giving to IRS, Benghazi.

Let’s look at this (Saturday) morning’s headlines, shall we?
CNN:
“Shots fired at Cannes send actors scrambling”.
Hmmm – maybe FOX has something?
“Powerball at 16 million”
“U.S. slams Russia for sending Syria anti-ship missiles”
“Missing men mystery in US boomtown oil fields”
.
Damned corrupt, Obama-loving FOX news!
To: SeekAndFind
Not surprising. I mean, they did vote for obama — twice.

I think more folks are paying attention than we actually know.

American proved their stupidity in 2008, reaffirmed it in 2012. I
truly believe Ronald Reagan would have had trouble beating 0bama last
year with the dumbing down of the American public, and the 24/7
propaganda effort by the socialist run media/entertainment complex.

RUSH: Now, I’ve had people say, “Rush, how do we handle this?
What’s the best way to deal with all this?” See if you agree with this.
Dr. Krauthammer on Fox News Special Report during the All-Star Panel
last night, Bret Baier said, “Charles Krauthammer, when the president
says there’s no ‘there’ there, it almost seemed that he was challenging
reporters to say, ‘No, really, there’s no “there” there.'”
KRAUTHAMMER: The one advice I’d give to Republicans is stop
calling it a huge scandal. Stop saying it’s a Watergate. Stop saying
it’s Iran-Contra. Let the facts speak for themselves. Have a special
committee, a select committee, the facts will speak for themselves, pile
’em on; but don’t exaggerate, don’t run ads about Hillary. It feeds the
narrative of the other side that it’s only a political event. It is
not. Just be quiet and present the facts.
RUSH: Okay, so shhhhh. Don’t say anything, folks. ‘Cause all
you’re gonna do is make the independents mad, and they’ll just run back
to the Democrats. Don’t pile on. Don’t gloat. Don’t say, “I told you
so.” Just let the facts speak for themselves, just shh, shh, shh, shh,
it’ll take care of itself. No matter what the Democrats do, no matter
what they say about you, no matter what they say about us, you just shh,
shh, don’t say anything.
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: Now, Charles Krauthammer on Fox last night said that we
need to let the facts speak for themselves and that you people are
making a mistake, Republicans are making a mistake, if you compare this
to Watergate or if you compare this to Iran-Contra. Don’t call Obama
Nixon! You know, don’t exaggerate. Don’t run ads on Hillary. Just let
the facts speak, ’cause if you do all that stuff, that’s gonna feed the
narrative that all you are is political, and that all you are is trying
to defeat Obama politically and then people aren’t gonna like you.

His comments might be worth considering. Rush is so radioactive that
all he can do is cause this issue to die…he cannot keep it going, let
alone strengthen it.
Looks like El Rushbo didn’t get the memo.
I haven’t the slightest doubt that all this stuff
will die a “stillbirth” thanks to Osama Obama’s despicable skills and
the skills of his filthy disciples. However I could be wrong…if this is
played right, which might mean that, for the time being at least,Rush
tones it down.

I think the Administration’s self-immolation is far more
effective than if the Republicans start screaming OMG OMG look at the
fire, the WH is ablaze with scandals. The media is starting to run with
this, if Republicans start screaming, they might go back into protective
mode.

Krauthammer hates the TEA Partiers, and particularly Sarah Palin.
He doesn’t want them to be right about being spied upon by Big
Government. And these revelations have proven they were absolutely right
in their accusations.
Grow up, Krauthammer. You have been proven wrong and an apology is due.

I never found any logic in “keeping quiet.” Not today with the
Alinsky tactics in full swing. Plus, Sour Kraut – the Sarah Palin hater –
is not my favorite.
As if we are supposed to take you seriously
when you resort to calling someone Sour Kraut? I vote to put you front
and center in the effort to expose this story. Be sure to flail your
arms over your head and drool a little during your interview.
I don’t mean to sound harsh but it will be much better if the conversation is kept to a serious tone is all I am saying.

President Barack Obama is having the worst week ever. On top
of three erupting scandals, the IRS targeting conservative groups, AP
wiretapping, and Benghazi whistle blowers, he stepped into another. He
was pictured at a rainy press conference with the Prime Minister of
Turkey.
We don’t think Marines should be holding umbrellas in the rain.

Allow me to quote from Yr Wonkette’s Marine Corps advisor :
This was his initial reaction:
He started yelling. A lot. “I GUARANTEE YOU!” he yelled, “IF THE
COMMANDER IN CHIEF GIVES YOU A LAWFUL ORDER YOU FOLLOW THE MOTHERFUCKING
LAWFUL ORDER. IF THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF WANTS AN UMBRELLA YOU BETTER
BELIEVE A WHOLE FUCKING GRIP OF JARHEARDS ARE GONNA BE HIGH-STEPPING TO BRING HIM A MOTHERFUCKING UMBRELLA!”
And then he warmed up. “IN FACT! THE REAL FUCKING SCANDAL IS THAT
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF WASN’T THE ONE HOLDING IT.
‘YOU! CHAIRMAN OF THE JOINT CHIEFS! HOLD MY MOTHERFUCKING UMBRELLA!'”
This is the formal reply:
“A Reply to M. Joseph Sheppard by Eric Steinberg, once and always USMC
Shut your cockholster, you civilian sack of shit.
It has come to my attention that there is a dickwad committing
fuckery out there, a certain “M. Joseph Sheppard” (R- FauxBrigade) who
styles himself an authority on, well, anything at all, but most
gallingly on the subject of Marine Corps Uniform Regulations. This
subhuman motile turd has the effrontery to misquote the regulations of
my beloved Corps, an offense that shall not go unpunished; indeed, the
crimes of this cancerous, corrupt lesion against Nature, Man, and USMC
are so grave that they may require the most extreme sanction*, if only
to insure that the asscunt/charlatan in question will never again
pronounce the word “Marine,” nor scrawl it with his soon-to-be-shattered
hand**. Even now a tribunal is being assembled, to be followed by a
posse and then a lynch mob***. And then the Dead Hooker Disposal
Unit****.
This will not stand! I, for one, will not sit idly by whilst
that venereal skinflap, “Sheppard,” besmirches the glory of the United
States Marine Corps with his outright lies, and his continued existence.
God, and The Corps, fashioned my brother Marines and me into weapons;
hammered the weakness out of us; and sharpened our fighting spirits for
the very purpose of beating the Holy Living Fuck out of puke-scented
twats like this “Sheppard,” and that is what we shall do. The ghost of
Chesty Puller has spoken to me, and I have communed with the spirit of
Smedley Darlington Butler, and they both told me to crack this dumb
motherfuckers’ skull, right after I rip off his stupid fucking baseball
cap and fistfuck him with it*****. Who am I to argue with a direct
lawful order? So stand the fuck by, Mr. Shitstain Umbrella Fucker —
this here jarhead is about to administer some corrective action.

I loved this part: ” I truly believe Ronald Reagan would have had trouble beating 0bama last year with the dumbing down of the American public, and the 24/7 propaganda effort by the socialist run media/entertainment complex.”
These yahoos are so fucking ignorant about their “iconic” St Ronnie that it’s hilarious. Reagan’s policies would’ve had the freepers foaming at the mouth, and fighting among themselves to consign him to the RINO memory hole years ago. Given how far off the rails the GOPers have gone, St Ronnie would never have had a chance at the nomination.
