Colin Fulcher DBA Barney Bubbles was an English artist and designer who worked for various record companies during the 1970’s and early 1980s. Some of his best work was for Stiff Record artists such as Nick Lowe and Elvis Costello. I featured BB’s cover for Imperial Bedroom in the space in 2014.

On a more solemn note, Colin Fulcher took his own life in 1983.
