Pulp Fiction Thursday: Laugh, Clown, Laugh

I originally planned this as a follow-up to the Clown Songs Dozen. Hence the featured image. It got bumped by election news. That had more than its share of clowns. Honk, honk.

Laugh, Clown, Laugh is a 1928 silent movie featuring one of the great stars of the era, Lon Chaney. His son Creighton changed his name to Lon Chaney Jr. and became The Wolf Man.

It’s lobby card time:

Lon Chaney Sr. was played by Jimmy Cagney in a 1957 movie Man Of A Thousand Faces.
