Unless you’ve been in a coma or trapped in a cave, you’ve heard that Dolly Parton died last week at the age of 80. My colleague Cassandra has already paid tribute to her good works. I’m here to post one of her biggest hits.

If you’ve never seen 9 to 5, it’s popped up on streamers galore as America mourns a country music diva. I don’t mean diva as in difficult, I mean diva as in star. Dolly has departed this mortal coil but her music will live forever.

Dolly Parton wrote 9 to 5 for the 1980 movie of that title. This monster hit was nominated for an Oscar and won Dolly multiple Grammy awards. I told you it was a monster hit.
