Here’s a little taste, the preznit’s view on the performance of Iraqi security forces to date:

“We are under no illusion that this Iraqi force is not ready to fight in toto.”

Good luck figuring that one out. Does this mean that they are under the illusion that the Iraqi force is ready to fight? That’s not news to anyone.
