Action Alert – Clarence Thomas

Clarence Thomas has been quoted as saying, “[A] judge should be evaluated by whether he faithfully upholds his oath to God, not to the people, to the state or to the Constitution.”� If he said this, he ought to be impeached.
Today’s action is to keep this story alive.� Call talk radio, write a letter to the editor, blog the story.� We need Supreme Court judges who take their oath of office — to protect and defend the Constitution — seriously.� If Mr. Thomas can’t do that, he needs to find a new job.� Now.
